From all of us at Tijerina Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, we want to say thank you for considering us as your new dental home. Before you arrive, we hope that you’ll take the time to learn more about becoming a new patient and how to prepare for your first visit. Below is everything you need to do so, including new patient forms to fill out, financing information, and expectations for your initial visit with Dr. Tijerina.
During your first appointment, you’ll be warmly greeted by one of our team members and asked to fill out new patient forms if you have not yet already done so. Alternatively, you can hand in your forms and we’ll ask you to have a seat until you are called to the back. A team member will walk you to one of our operatories and Dr. Tijerina will meet with you shortly. We’ll perform an exam, discuss your dental needs first and foremost, then get you scheduled for a future appointment as necessary.
With dental insurance, you can cover many of your most basic dental treatments in a cost-effective way. We are happy to file PPO dental insurance claims on your behalf and work with you to maximize the amount of benefits that you are entitled to. If you have questions about your coverage, our knowledgeable team is happy to assist you every step of the way.
For some, dental insurance is not the best option for satisfying their needs. In other cases, your dental insurance might not cover all the services you need to complete treatment. This is where CareCredit, a third-party financing option comes in. With their payment plans, you can cover the cost of all of your dental treatments with little-to-zero interest attached! It’s a great way to ensure that all of your oral health needs are met without breaking the bank.
